My hobby began in May 2009...I created my first cake for my grandsons first birthday after much frustration of trying to find a quality birthday cake in the shops. I was bitten by the bug and I am still creating cakes. I have professional qualifications and a successful career but nothing in cake decorating....I have a lot to learn!
